Paralegal–Legal Assistant

Scout Holden supports O+Z’s litigation and enforcement practice, concentrating primarily on evidence and case management related to issues involving digital piracy and physical counterfeiting. She assists in identifying potential infringing sites and products, as well as the curation and maintenance of databases. She also assists in the review of various documents related to pre-litigation matters.

Prior to her role at O+Z, Scout earned her B.A. in both Legal Studies and Literature at American University.
