Intellectual Property Specialist
Rachel Kurth supports O+Z’s litigation and enforcement practice, with a focus on the investigation and evidence collection of digital piracy. Rachel maintains digital evidence databases and investigates infringing sites. Rachel regularly assists in subpoena production, analyzing datasets, and uses digital tools to collect evidence online.
Prior to her role at O+Z, Rachel received her B.A. in Criminal Justice and Psychology, with an emphasis in Arabic, at Grand Valley State University. She is currently working towards her MS in Terrorism & Homeland Security Policy at American University.
