Lauren Bergelson
Associate

Lauren Bergelson is an associate at Oppenheim + Zebrak, LLP, where her practice focuses on copyright and other intellectual property and litigation matters.

Before joining O+Z, Lauren was an associate at Ropes & Gray LLP in New York. During her time at Ropes, Lauren represented clients in commercial litigation and government enforcement matters and maintained an active pro bono practice.

Lauren earned her J.D. from Columbia Law School, where she was named a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar. At Columbia, Lauren served as the Executive Submissions Editor for the Columbia Journal of Law & the Arts, the Co-President of the Entertainment Arts & Sports Law Society, and a research assistant for Professor Kent Greenawalt. Lauren also interned at the National Advertising Division of the Council of Better Business Bureaus. Prior to law school, Lauren earned her B.A. from Cornell University, where she double majored in English and History and graduated magna cum laude.

Lauren is a member of the New York bar.
