Kevin Lindsey

Kevin Lindsey is an associate at Oppenheim + Zebrak, LLP, where he represents clients in copyright and other intellectual property litigation matters.

Before joining O+Z, Kevin was a litigation associate at Milbank LLP in Washington, D.C., where he represented a range of clients in complex commercial litigation matters, including putative class actions and adversary proceedings in bankruptcy. Kevin has successfully represented clients across multiple stages of litigation, including preparing pleadings, developing case strategy, briefing dispositive and class certification motions, and managing discovery.

Kevin earned his J.D. from The George Washington University Law School, where he was a member of The George Washington Law Review. Kevin graduated with high honors and was elected to the Order of the Coif. Kevin earned his B.A. in political science from Providence College, graduating magna cum laude. Prior to attending law school, Kevin worked for partner 501(c)(3) and (c)(4) children’s advocacy organizations to improve federal policy for kids and taught English at a high school in China.
