Kellyn M. Goler
Kellyn M. Goler is an associate at Oppenheim + Zebrak, LLP, where her practice focuses on copyright litigation.
Before joining O+Z, Kellyn was an associate at Gilbert LLP in Washington, DC, where she represented individual and corporate insurance policyholders in litigation in state and federal courts. At Gilbert LLP, she also represented a creditors’ committee in Chapter 11 bankruptcy proceedings to preserve and recover insurance proceeds for the benefit of the committee. Previously, Kellyn was an associate at Latham & Watkins LLP in Washington, DC, where her practice focused on complex commercial litigation and government and internal investigations. Kellyn has extensive experience in management of large-scale discovery in complex civil matters.
Kellyn is a member of the District of Columbia and Maryland bars. She earned a B.A. in anthropology from the University of Pennsylvania and a J.D. cum laude from Georgetown University Law Center. At Georgetown, Kellyn served as Managing Editor of the Georgetown Journal of Gender and the Law and completed an internship in the chambers of the Hon. Ricardo M. Urbina (Ret.) at the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia.
Additionally, Kellyn is an independent singer-songwriter and recording artist. She released an album on a DC-based independent label in 2015, and her sophomore album is forthcoming.
