Ever Hess is an associate at Oppenheim + Zebrak, LLP, where her practice focuses on the firm’s copyright and other intellectual property and litigation matters.
Before joining O+Z, Ever was an associate at Faegre Drinker Biddle & Reath, where she represented and assisted clients in numerous aspects of legal proceedings and trial preparation relating to complex commercial matters.
Prior to joining Faegre Drinker, Ever served as a law clerk to the Honorable Kathryn Grill Graeff of the Court of Special Appeals of Maryland, and served as a legal intern to the Honorable Carol Ann Dalton of the District of Columbia Superior Court.
Ever graduated cum laude from the Antonin Scalia Law School at George Mason University, where she was the Senior Articles Editor of the George Mason Law Review. Ever earned a B.A. in political science from the University of Virginia, graduating with distinction.
Ever is a member of the D.C., New York, and New Jersey bars, and she additionally is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey and the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York.
