Daryl Kleiman
Associate
Daryl L. Kleiman is an associate at Oppenheim + Zebrak, LLP, where her practice focuses on the firm’s copyright and other intellectual property and litigation matters.
Before joining O+Z, Daryl was a senior associate at Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman LLP, where she represented a range of clients in complex litigation matters. Daryl is an experienced trial lawyer who has successfully represented clients across all stages of dispute resolution, from advising clients on pre-litigation case strategy, to guiding clients through settlement negotiations, to trying cases in federal court. Daryl has extensive experience managing large-scale fact and expert discovery in complex civil matters and internal investigations.
Daryl earned her J.D. from the New York University School of Law, where she was named a Jacobson Scholar, served as the Senior Articles Editor for the Annual Survey of American Law, and received the Daniel G. Collins Prize for excellence in contract law. Before law school, Daryl earned her B.A. in music and mathematics from Columbia University.
Daryl is a member of the New York bar and is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Courts for the Southern District of New York and the Eastern District of New York and the U.S. Courts of Appeals for the Second, Third, and Eighth Circuits.
