Carly Kessler Rothman
Associate
Carly Kessler Rothman is an associate at Oppenheim + Zebrak, LLP, where her practice focuses on the firm’s copyright and other intellectual property and litigation matters.
Before joining O+Z, Carly was an associate at Robins Kaplan LLP in New York, where her practice focused on intellectual property and complex commercial litigation matters. Carly has represented a broad range of clients including those in the entertainment, fashion, and media spaces. Her experience includes right of publicity, contract and corporate disputes, unfair competition, and copyright and trademark.
Carly also dedicates her time to the community by serving on the associate board of New York’s Volunteer Lawyers for the Arts, a not-for-profit organization committed to providing pro bono legal services and legal education to the arts community.
Carly earned a J.D. from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, where she served as Articles Editor for the Cardozo Public Law, Policy and Ethics Journal. Carly is a member of the New York bar and is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Courts for the Southern District of New York and the Eastern District of New York.
