Andrew Guerra

Andrew Guerra is an associate at Oppenheim + Zebrak LLP, focusing on copyright and other intellectual property and litigation matters across all stages of litigation.
Before joining O+Z, Andrew was an associate at Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher, where he litigated complex commercial cases, including bringing high-stakes litigation through trial. He has represented clients from a variety of industries, including financial services, consulting, insurance, and mining.
Andrew earned his J.D. at Columbia Law School, where he was named James Kent Scholar and Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar. In addition, Andrew received the Carroll G. Harper Prize for achievement in intellectual property and served as a research assistant for Professor Jane Ginsburg. Prior to law school, Andrew earned his B.A. in Biology from Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
Andrew is recognized by Managing IP as a Rising Star. He is a member of the New York bar and is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Courts for the Southern District of New York and the District of Colorado.
