O+Z Growth Continues With Addition of Four New Attorneys
Washington, D.C. (May 26, 2020) — Oppenheim + Zebrak, LLP (“O+Z”) is pleased to announce the addition of four new attorneys this spring as the firm continues to experience the steady growth it has enjoyed since its founding nine years ago. Each of these talented attorneys will join O+Z’s deep bench of experienced attorneys in focusing on copyright and related commercial litigation matters.

Accordingly, we have hired four additional attorneys to serve the needs of our clients.”
The four new attorneys who are joining the firm, include:
Kellyn M. Goler
Kellyn joins O+Z after working at the law firms of Latham & Watkins LLP and Gilbert LLP. Kellyn brings substantial experience with commercial civil litigation and government investigations. Kellyn earned her J.D., cum laude, from Georgetown University Law Center, where she was the managing editor of The Georgetown Journal of Gender and the Law. Prior to that, Kellyn earned her B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania.
Nick Hailey
Nick is joining O+Z from the law firm of Covington & Burling LLP, where he focused on a variety of complex civil litigation matters. Nick brings experience managing litigation teams and handling all stages of litigation, including trial, in federal and state courts. Nick earned his J.D., magna cum laude, from Duke University School of Law and received his B.A., summa cum laude, from Vanderbilt University.
Vivian Kim
Vivian joins O+Z after serving as an Assistant United States Attorney at the United States Attorney’s Office for the District of Columbia and as a litigation associate at Morgan, Lewis & Bockius. As an AUSA, Vivian tried over a dozen jury and bench trials involving violent crimes, domestic violence, sex assault, gun possession, and narcotics trafficking. Vivian earned her J.D. at the University of Virginia School of Law, where she was the president of the Asian Pacific American Law Students Association. Vivian received her B.A. from Princeton University.
Rebecca Weissman
Rebecca joins O+Z from the law firm of Dechert LLP, where she was a litigation associate. Rebecca received a joint J.D./MBA from Northwestern University’s Pritzker School of Law and Kellogg School Of Management. Prior to that, Rebecca obtained her B.S. from University of Oregon – Clark Honors College.
